GAGPSR AuditBy sellers, for sellers
Run the free audit
Enforcement active since 12 August 2026

Amazon now checks your EU compliance in every country you sell.

Since 12 August 2026, under the new EU Packaging Regulation (PPWR), Amazon verifies EPR registration in every EU country where you sell or store stock — not just Germany and France. A missing number deactivates your listings in that country, with no phase-in period.

Add GPSR (an EU Responsible Person has been mandatory since December 2024) and country-by-country packaging schemes, and most sellers have gaps they can't see. Find yours in 3 minutes — free, automated, no signup.

By sellers, for sellers. We run our own Amazon EU stores — every check in this audit is tested on our own listings first, not written from a law firm that has never opened Seller Central.

What applies to you

Three regulations, one seller.

If you sell physical products on Amazon's EU marketplaces — especially from outside the EU — these three frameworks apply to you today.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Do you guarantee compliance?

No — and you should distrust anyone who does. Compliance is a legal status only authorities can judge. What we do: implement the registrations, mandates and documentation the regulations require, reviewed by a named specialist, so you can show your work when asked.

I only sell in Germany. Does the 12 August change affect me?

If you sell or store only in Germany and are LUCID-registered, you're ahead of most. But FBA placement can move your stock across borders (Pan-EU), and each country where inventory sits triggers its own registration duty. That's exactly what the audit checks.

I'm not in the EU. Can I even do this myself?

Partly. EPR registrations you can often file yourself, in the local language, per country. The Responsible Person and PPWR authorised representative roles legally require an entity established in the EU — that's what we provide through our EU establishment.

Is the free audit really free?

Yes. It's automated and self-declared, so it costs us little and tells you a lot. We make money when you ask us to fix what it finds.
